With firsthand experience navigating regulatory demands, patient safety concerns, and the complexities of long-term care operations, Jennifer brings a clear, practical perspective to improving outcomes. Her work focuses on helping facilities move beyond reactive compliance toward proactive systems that prevent risk and support both residents and staff.
