Welcome to The Nurse Consultant LLC (TNC). By accessing our website, purchasing our clinical guides, or enrolling in our professional education portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Engagement of Services

Services provided by TNC include clinical consulting, mock surveys, staff education modules, and legal witness support. Each specific consulting engagement is governed by an independent Service Agreement which outlines scope, timelines, and deliverables.

2. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the TNC Training Portal, including videos, auditing templates, and “The Nursing Home Guide,” is the exclusive intellectual property of The Nurse Consultant LLC.

License to Use: Upon purchase or subscription, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal professional development or for internal training within your specific facility. You may not record, redistribute, or resell any TNC proprietary content.

3. Member Accounts & Portal Use

Access to the TNC Knowledge Library and Online Courses is managed via a secure membership portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. TNC reserves the right to terminate access if we detect unauthorized account sharing or violations of our training protocols.

4. Payments, Fees, and Strategy Calls

Payment for digital products and course access is required upfront. Strategy discovery calls are currently billed at a professional rate of $50, which may be credited toward future course purchases or consulting retainers at the discretion of TNC leadership.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital and immediate nature of our educational modules and clinical templates, all sales of digital products are final. Consulting service refunds are governed by the terms of your specific Service Agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

While TNC strives for the highest degree of accuracy in our clinical guidance and regulatory auditing, we do not guarantee specific outcomes regarding state surveys or legal litigation. The Nurse Consultant LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our educational materials or the implementation of our advisory recommendations.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action regarding these terms shall be filed in the courts of the State of Missouri.

7. Modifications to Terms

TNC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
